Eligibility for Refunds

Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Used or damaged products are not eligible for a refund unless they arrived defective or damaged (see "Defective or Damaged Items" below).

Refund Process

Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 days for the funds to appear in your account.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement (your choice). Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
